The Data Foundations' support team is committed to providing our customers and partners with responsive service and technical support of the highest quality.
If your organization is a Data Foundations customer or partner with a current support contract, you can use the Online Customer Support System (Helpdesk) to inquire and learn about product functionality, report an issue, or request an enhancement. Please note that designated technical support contacts can also report an issue by phone or email.
If you do not have a user account on the Helpdesk and would like one, please contact the application administrator or primary Data Foundations contact at your organization. If you do not know who that is, or have difficulty reaching them, please contact us using the Customer Contact Form, and we can guide you to the right person.
